Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are accepted or dispatched. Once an order has been confirmed or shipped, cancellations are generally not allowed due to the bulky nature of construction and home furnishing products.
In rare cases, post-dispatch cancellations may be approved. If so, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable shipping, handling, and reverse logistics costs.
Custom-made or special-order items cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Replacements
At Before Buy, we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable buying experience. Replacement requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery only in the following cases:
Incorrect product delivered
- Product damaged or defective at the time of delivery
- Missing parts or accessories
- Product materially different from the website description
All requests are subject to verification by our team. Returns or refunds are not offered for reasons other than those listed above, except in exceptional cases approved by Before Buy.
Refunds & Replacements
Approved returns will be replaced with a new product. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative or issue a refund of the invoice amount.
In certain cases, additional return requests may be considered, subject to reverse pickup and logistics charges borne by the customer.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original condition and packaging
Custom-manufactured products are not eligible for return or refund.
Brand Warranty & Policies
Some products are governed by brand-specific return, replacement, and warranty policies, which will apply where relevant. Product performance or specification-related issues will be addressed by the respective brand as per its policies.
Most products come with brand-backed warranty and service support. Any repairs or replacements will be handled by authorized brand service teams, and timelines will be as defined by the brand.
