Product Description
MYK Laticrete 325 High Flex is a high-strength, polymer-modified thin-set adhesive designed for versatile tile and natural stone installations on floors and walls for both interior and exterior spaces.
This premium adhesive is water-resistant, shock-resistant, heat and freeze-thaw resistant, ensuring durable bonds even in demanding conditions such as swimming pools, balconies, terraces, and wet zones. It accommodates substrate movements and thermal expansions, providing excellent flexibility and bond integrity.
The powder mixes easily with water to form a creamy, thixotropic consistency allowing smooth application and full tile contact. It meets ANSI A118.4 ET, EN 12004/ISO 13007 C2TES1, and IS 15477:2019 Type 3 adhesive standards with a low VOC EC1 Plus rating.
Ideal for installing ceramic, vitrified, glass mosaic, and natural stone tiles, including large-format and slim tiles. Compatible with various substrates such as concrete, cement screeds, gypsum and plasterboard, existing tiles, and metal substrates (with suitable priming).
Recommended mixing ratio is 5.5 to 6 litres of water per 20 kg bag depending on desired consistency and environmental conditions. Use appropriate notched trowel for application.
